Make an appointment for a virtual visit. We require credit card verification to make an appointment. You will receive a lab order (pathology referral) for a blood draw in your email.

* Print this and bring with you to have your blood work drawn ASAP

Note: If you have had labs done already within the last 3 months that include at a minimum: estrogen, progesterone, FSH and testosterone; you may email those results for your first appointment instead.

Complete the Eros Health intake form.

Attend the virtual appointment. We will go over the labs and what they mean as well as your intake form and any other symptoms you would like to discuss.

We will formulate an optimization plan curated to you. We may prescribe individual compounded topical hormones. This is not a “one size fits all” plan. We may will likely make other recommendations to optimize your health and hormone balancing.

Make a follow up appointment in 3 months or as needed to check in!
